One of the best parts of this job is seeing the growth and progression of these young drivers in such a short amount of time. Ryan is no exception, and he has done an excellent job applying feedback and working with the team as we continue to mold him within our Indy Lights program. Given his lack of racing experience relative to his peers, he has coped admirably with everything we have thrown at him, and he particularly impressed me in his first oval test.
